By using the "Promise Myself" Telegram bot (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms:

Service Description: "Promise Myself" is a productivity tool that allows users to track personal commitments and habits. It is a logic-based software built on Python.
No AI Representation: You acknowledge that the Service is a deterministic tracking tool and does not utilize autonomous AI agents or generative artificial intelligence.
Accounts: Your access to the Service is tied to your Telegram ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
Usage: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data:

Data Collection: We collect your Telegram ID and any manual inputs you provide to the bot (your "promises" and "progress logs") solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Payment Data: We do not store your credit card or billing information. All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data is only shared with Telegram (for message delivery) and Paddle (for payment processing).
Data Retention: We store your data as long as your subscription is active. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our tool, but as a digital SaaS product, we have the following rules:

Standard Terms: Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to premium features upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription has been activated.
Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our discretion or the discretion of Paddle.com in cases of technical failure where the Service was not delivered as described.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
